All contractors must be registered with the City of Linn Valley before they are able to work within the city limits.  The registration form must be filled out, a copy of the current liability insurance and annual fee ($50.00) must be submitted before work can be started.  The contractor will then be added to the approved 2024 Contractor List, this list is available to all property owners.

Registration is valid for one calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31).  To retain the Registered status, insurance must be kept up to date.  If the insurance expires, the contractor will no longer be registered and will be removed from the contractors list.
