Municipal Court is located at Linn Valley City Hall, and convenes on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
If you receive a citation, a Notice to Appear or have questions, contact the Municipal Court Clerk.
The Municipal Court Clerk is appointed by the Municipal Judge. Responsibilities of this office include preparing dockets, issuing processes for court, maintaining court records, preserving all court documents, and receiving all fines and fees.
Fines may be paid with check, cash or credit card:
• in person at City Hall
• by mail to City Hall
• phone-in Credit Card
• Drop Slot in front door
