The City of Linn Valley takes pride in its community and asks all residents to do their part in keeping our city looking its best.
The City’s Codes Enforcement Officer is in charge of enforcing City ordinances related to nuisances and codes violations. Such violations include health and safety issues, tall grass/weeds, garbage, junk, rubbish, and non-licensed motor vehicles.
The 2006 International Property Maintenance Code has been adopted by the City.
